Fypon offers decorative corbels that can easily be added to the interior or exterior of the home for a decorative touch. Fypon corbels are primarily used on porches, cornices, and as a part of a gable end decoration. Interior applications include supporting or hidden joints between a beam and wall, embellishing doorways, supporting shelving and hanging objects.
Our extensive corbel selection includes this faux wood bracket style urethane corbel. It features ogee details, a 24" projection, and a rich Cedar wood grain texture and natural hue. This corbel has the look and feel of authentic wood millwork, but it offers a durable, cost-effective and lightweight alternative to real wood. The closed cell structure of urethane locks out the moisture that can cause cracking and decay. The Ogee Style Corbel can be painted or stained like real wood. Urethane corbels are decorative in form and not suitable for use in load bearing applications. They add beautiful detail and prominence to beams, entryways, mantels, cabinets and more.
